4Time is a reliable and user-friendly timer perfect for XF or XF style workouts. It offers various timer options, including a standard timer, countdown timer, interval timer, lap timer, and a fully programmable tabata timer.

What sets 4Time apart from other timers in the App Store is its unique feature that allows you to use a second iOS device as a remote control (in-app purchase required; both devices must be running the same version of iOS).

All the timers in 4Time have a convenient feature that allows you to tap the screen to add reps (except the lap timer, which allows you to add laps). This makes it easy for you or a workout buddy to keep count while you're exercising.

Once you complete your workout, 4Time automatically displays your results (if available), showing your completed reps for each round. This feature simplifies tracking your workout progress round by round and recording the data to your personal log/journal.

The Tabata Timer in 4Time is highly customizable. You can easily set the work time, rest between intervals, rest between tabatas, number of rounds, and number of tabatas. You can even give each tabata a custom name. It provides everything you need for an effective Tabata workout.

Additionally, 4Time offers access to your device's music library, allowing you to listen to that power song that pushes you to go the extra mile.

If you prefer to add an element of uniqueness to your workout experience, 4Time offers several different timer sounds for you to choose from (requires in-app purchase).
